Welcome to our family tree.  This has been an ongoing project of ours since 2004.  This web site contains photos, certificates, and other information about our family from dozens of different sources.  We are really proud of our family tree and hope that you will enjoy viewing it.

It's the Dowd-Vanderhei site because it's being completed by Jason Dowd and Fran (Vanderhei) Dowd.  We thought it would be fun to trace our family as far back as we can.  And after many years of research we have a pretty good start to make it the OFFICIAL family tree. 

When browsing the tree, you may notice some inaccurate information, people missing or fields missing from you or someone in your immediate family, That's ok.  Just send us the changed information using the info form above and we will update it as soon as we can.  Have photos, Obits, Certificates?  Great scan them in and e mail them to us, we will put them up as well.
